I like this supplement so far. No bad after taste like some other supplements have and the pills aren't a large size so it's fairly easy for hard-to-swallow pill takers. I haven't been on this supplement long enough to see any of the long term benefits but I'm feeling great so far! I feel I have higher levels of energy and my bowel movement have been more consistent and regular since taking this supplement. Can't wait to see some of the long term benefits in the future!
I ordered this supplement to see if it would help ease my bloating and gas. I think I might have a lactose sensitivity because every time I have dairy I seem to get bloated and gassy. I have taken these now for about a week and they really seem to be helping. I am not nearly so bloated and the gas is gone.
These capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Based on the nutritional information it seems like a better sourc of vitamin C. Not a bad price either.
